I’m Adele Anthony - a lawyer and senior business consultant with more than three decades of experience building, advising, and stabilising businesses.

I work with experienced women who are done circling.
Women who are capable, intelligent, and already in motion - but know their business should feel calmer, cleaner, and more coherent than it currently does.

This work is not about starting again.
It’s about recalibration.

After building multiple six- and seven-figure businesses across different industries, and launching my own law practice later in life, I’ve learned where businesses quietly become fragile - and what actually makes them hold.

My background spans law, commercial strategy, and business ownership. I bring a legal lens to decision-making, an operator’s understanding of consequence, and the restraint that comes with experience. I don’t motivate, encourage, or push. I diagnose instability, clarify positioning, and help clients make decisions that reduce reliance on effort, emotion, and constant visibility.

At this stage of my life and career, I’m not interested in noise, hype, or performance. I work with a small number of women at a time, and responsibility is assumed.

Queen of Evolution exists for women who want their business to be strong enough to support their life - without requiring them to carry everything themselves.
